As part of our continued growth, this role will play a key part in driving the next phase of our data evolution, transforming data into intelligence and intelligence into strategic business value. You will work within a highly collaborative, innovative, and data-driven environment where your analytical outputs will directly influence decision-making, shape strategic direction, and contribute to Stoiximan’s sustained growth in a competitive and dynamic gaming industry.As a Senior BI & Data Analyst, you will:Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and Data Analysts.Design, develop and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions and visualizations that uncover performance patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.Maintain, enhance, and expand existing dashboards and reports.Manage and optimize the Data Lake (Azure Databricks) to ensure efficient data pipelines within a Unity Catalog framework.Support, advocate and promote the company’s Data Governance strategy and best practices.Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations that guide business decisions.Align, prioritize and coordinate data projects with the wider Data team to ensure organizational focus and efficiency.Actively contribute to building and fostering a data-first culture across the company.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, or similar);4+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a quantitative role;Strong storytelling skills, able to communicate technical insights clearly and engagingly to non-technical audiences;Analytical mindset with solid understanding of statistical concepts and business metrics;Strategic thinking and the confidence to collaborate with senior stakeholders;Excellent prioritization skills, able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and solve challenges with urgency;Excellent command of SQL and Excel (pivot tables, lookups), along with strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides;Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau);Experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis will be considered a plus;Familiarity with Databricks will be a strong advantage;Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) will be considered a nice-to-have;Proactive, flexible, and results-driven attitude with exceptional attention to detail.Stoiximan Perks🕙Hybrid flexibility – work your way💸Competitive pay & bonus – rewarding performance⚕️Health & life insurance – for you & your family💰Monthly lunch allowance – plus in-house bistro🏃Onboarding buddy – start strong📚Udemy access & learning – keep growing🤝360° peer feedback – real growth insights🤸Wellbeing perks – gym, nutrition & more🚐Shuttle service – easy commute to Athens HQ
