Performics, the biddable media arm of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Biddable Media Specialist to lead impactful, data-driven campaigns for one of our flagship clients. You’re curious by nature, thrive in dynamic environments, and are driven to continuously raise the bar — for yourself, your clients, and your team.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, execution, and optimization of biddable media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels (including Retail Media and Connected TV).Own campaign performance end-to-end, ensuring delivery against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPV, and CTR through smart bidding, testing, and data-led optimization.Champion experimentation and learning by running structured tests across creatives, audiences, and placements to uncover performance drivers and scale results.Translate complex data into actionable insights, using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and advanced attribution models.Act as a trusted client partner, presenting results, performance insights, and forward-looking strategies with clarity and confidence.Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure campaigns are fully aligned with broader marketing objectives.Stay ahead of industry shifts, leveraging automation, AI-driven optimization, and privacy-ready measurement to keep campaigns future-proof.Mentor and guide junior specialists, fostering growth, innovation, and a high-performance culture within the team.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, ideally within a performance-focused agency.Demonstrated success in developing and scaling cross-channel strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.Deep understanding of bidding algorithms, audience strategies, and attribution modelling, including server-side tracking and GA4.Proficiency with AI-powered campaign tools (e.g. Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance).Analytical, creative, and commercially minded — able to connect data insights to strategic opportunities.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.Why Join UsAt our performance agency, you’ll collaborate with ambitious marketers and forward-thinking clients who share your drive for excellence.
