Job Profile:Overall supervision of the Branch including credit decisions within the delegated authority, collections and operationsTo achieve the given performance targets which includes revenue, profitability, deposits, advances and all other cross selling targetsCross selling and consistent engagement with the existing asset customer base to draw new leads and identify new opportunities to grow the asset bookAsset portfolio management including credit evaluation and post monitoring.Ensure that all operational/ credit policy and procedure manuals are followed up /adhered to by the staff and the necessary internal controls are implementedOwn and drive the customer experience in the branch by ensuring Nations way of customer experience is deliveredInspire and motivate staff through creating a culture of openness and fair play, whilst recognizing their achievements and good workSpecial Skills:A team player with an outgoing personality and good marketing skills to develop a profitable customer base through service excellence is essentialExcellent people management skillsGood analytical and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work under pressureExperience & Qualifications:Minimum 9 Years out of which 5 Years at Managerial Level with hands on experience in Branch Operations, Credit, Sales and Customer Service
