* Experience:3 - 5 years of professional experience in brand management, content marketing, or digital communications, preferably in multi-market or online product environments.Proven experience in building and executing brand strategy, creative content campaigns, and brand guideline development.* Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or related field.Certifications in Digital Branding or Creative Strategy are plus.I. Profile SummaryThe Brand & Content Executive plays a strategic and creative role in shaping, managing, and elevating the brand identity across multiple platforms and markets. This position ensures consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual expression across all digital marketing and communication channels. As part of the Digital Marketing Team, the Brand & Content Executive collaborates cross-functionally to strengthen brand presence, develop impactful brand  frameworks, and support initiatives in new products or markets.II. Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & DevelopmentDevelop and maintain comprehensive Brand Guidelines and Brand Development Frameworks ensuring consistent application across all channels and regions.Lead and maintain comprehensive Brand Guidelines including visual identity, tone of voice, messaging architecture, and brand personality for new products and markets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand positioning and messaging are clear, relevant, and differentiated in each market.2. Content Development & Creative DirectionCollaborate closely with the Creative team to oversee the development of multi-format content (visual, video, text) that reinforces brand values and supports digital marketing campaigns.Work closely with the creative, digital and social media team to ensure content outputs align with brand tone and objectives.Develop and manage a content framework that connects branding, product storytelling, and customer experience.3. Brand Campaign ManagementLead brand communication campaigns online and/or offline (community events, partnerships etc)Partner with Digital Marketing members to ensure that brand and performance efforts are aligned in tone, creative, and timing.4. Community & Market PresenceSupport the growth and engagement of brand communities, ensuring content and messaging drive long-term loyalty and participation.Represent the brand in internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and product goals.5. Collaboration & ReportingDeliver quarterly Brand Reports with insights, consistency evaluations, and improvement recommendations.Coordinate with team Data to integrate brand metrics into broader marketing dashboards and reporting.III. Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Brand Development & Management (brand architecture, visual systems, tone of voice).Deep understanding of Digital Content Strategy and Creative Storytelling.Familiarity with Creative and Design Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).Strong knowledge of Brand Measure of brand awareness, engagement, sentiment, and conversion influence.Basic understanding of Content SEO principles and content optimization best practices.Ability to manage agency or freelancer relationships for creative production or local content adaptation.IV. Soft SkillsStrategic Thinking -  Ability to translate business objectives into compelling brand stories and experiences.Creative Leadership - Strong sense of design, storytelling, and audience insight.Collaboration & Communication - Skilled in working with cross-functional teams (digital, social, performance, operations).Project Management - Excellent time management and coordination to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Adaptable - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project digital marketing environment. Works collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams.
