About the Role Aden Group is a brand- and design-oriented company delivering cutting-edge technology, AI, energy, and service solutions for the built environment. We are seeking a Senior Brand & Design Manager to take full responsibility for continuing Aden’s brand evolution, building on the strong foundations established over the past few years. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, this role oversees design across our four main business lines—Akila, Nexpark, Aden Energies, and Aden Services—while managing a creative team of three designers and one videographer. As a highly strategic position, it offers direct engagement with company leadership and requires a leader who understands the power of visual communication and brand consistency to drive creativity and advance the Group’s mission.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management – Lead and develop a creative team of three designers and one videographer, setting clear KPIs, overseeing performance, and supporting professional growth and upskilling.Work Pipeline Oversight – Manage the full pipeline of design requests across Aden Group and its subsidiary businesses, prioritising projects and allocating resources across a wide range of outputs, from high-level presentations to facility decorations and business collateral. Brand Stewardship – Safeguard and advance Aden Group’s brand identity, ensuring design consistency and excellence across all touchpoints and business lines. Executive Collaboration – Work directly with the President’s office and other senior leaders to create strategic materials, including key corporate presentations and high-impact communication assets. Global Coordination – Coach and guide overseas teams across Asia and other regions, ensuring they supply necessary media assets and maintain brand guidelines. This includes both supportive coaching and firm enforcement of brand standards. Skills and Attributes Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Art Design, or a directly related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand and visual design, including at least 3 years in a design leadership or team management role. Demonstrated expertise in systematic brand design methodologies and implementation, with a track record of successful, high-profile brand projects. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with expert-level skills in layout, grid design, and typography for corporate presentations. Strong ability to produce and refine PDF layouts and other long-form materials to a professional standard. Skilled in Photoshop and other industry-standard design software; knowledge of animation and After Effects is highly preferred. Exceptional aesthetic judgment and creative thinking, with the ability to interpret and elevate brand identity through effective design execution. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration and deliver results on time. Keen interest in exploring and integrating new AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity. Overseas education, international work experience, or prior experience in a multinational company is a strong advantage
