Role Overview: As Senior Brand Designer, you will report to the Head of Design in Dubai HQ and take ownership of Moment’s brand presence across internal and external channels. You’ll shape how our brand looks and feels across campaigns, collateral, social media, events, employer branding, and advertising. Changing the lives and unlocking the ambitions of a continent isn’t for the faint of heart - but with a passion for people and a desire to make a lasting impact, we believe we can build an enormous business that also delivers good in the world.Job Requirements:Experience: Bring 8+ years of brand design experience, preferably in fast-growing companies or agencies.Brand: Define and scale a consistent visual identity across markets and touchpoints.Multi-channel Execution: Deliver across digital campaigns, social media, events, advertising, and print.Strategic Design Thinking: Make design decisions with clear business impact and brand perception in mind.Creative Excellence: Set high standards for quality and consistency, adapting style to context; proficient in Figma, Framer, and other production tools.Communication: Clearly explain design rationale, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both creative and non-creative audiences to keep teams aligned.Startup Environment: Produce effective outputs quickly, iterate based on feedback, and manage projects independently—scoping, prioritizing, and delivering efficiently.Market Knowledge: Familiarity with African or other emerging markets is a plus.Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of Moment’s brand identity across digital, print, social, events, and advertising.Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, sales materials, and conference assets that support commercial growth and partner engagement.Drive brand redesign initiatives and evolve Moment’s visual identity to meet future needs.Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns.Build and maintain scalable brand systems, templates, and asset libraries.Manage external vendors, agencies, and production partners where needed.Anticipate design needs across the company and propose proactive solutions.Balance long-term brand vision with short-term campaign delivery.Job Benefits:Competitive salaryEquity-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your familyOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentDynamic and collaborative work environment with passionate team members
