From the sophisticated timepieces of Titan to the high-performance activewear of Under Armour, the premium lifestyle footwear of Skechers, and the iconic fashion of Hugo Boss, Abans brings the world’s finest brands under one roof, delivering exceptional quality, design, and innovation to its customers.The RoleOwn local brand strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines and seasonal directivesTranslate global campaigns into locally relevant executions without diluting brand DNALead end-to-end seasonal launch planningEnsure product drops, collections, and capsule releases are supported by strong narrativesAlign campaign timing with retail, wholesale, and e-commerce calendarsDrive 360° brand campaigns spanning digital, retail, events, influencer, and partnershipsManage KOL/ ambassador /creator or cultural collaborations where relevant to brand identityRegular Market visits to track trends, culture, movements, and lifestyle shiftsMonitor competitor brand drops, collaborations, and pricing strategiesManage brand marketing budgets and forecast ROIDrive sell-through and accountable for actioning aging inventoryAction & Monitor Brand & Profit Center P&Ls.Demonstrate strong numerical capability by analyzing sales performance, margins, pricing effectiveness, and campaign ROI to drive profitable growth and support data-driven brand decisions.Lead the pricing Strategy for the brands allocated & accountability for GP marginsCollaborate with sales, Finance, e-commerce, and supply chain teamsThe PersonBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Management, Internation BusinessMBA or Postgraduate qualification in Brand/Marketing (preferred)7 years in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a Brand Manager roleProven experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail-driven brandsExperience in fashion buying will be an added advantageDecent portfolio of integrated campaign execution across ATL, BTL & TTL
