The culture is collaborative, flexible, and fast-moving, offering genuine ownership and impact from day one.About The RoleThis 6-month fixed-term contract requires someone who can quickly step into a key portfolio and keep momentum across brand, innovation, and market initiatives. You will partner closely with the Head of Marketing and work across multiple regions.This is a true Senior Brand Manager role—hands-on, commercially focused, and anchored in project management, NPD, and clear data-driven decision making. You’ll have full ownership of one of the business’s most significant product portfolios and will play a crucial role in supporting global market teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end brand management for a major global portfolio.Analyse performance insights and deliver strong commercial recommendations.Drive innovation and NPD projects, including packaging, labels, and go-to-market plans.Work across cross-functional teams in multiple regions.Support product launches, trade activity, and customer-focused initiatives.Contribute to brand strategy and long-term portfolio planning.Ensure continuity and stability during this contract period.About YouExperienced Senior Brand Manager or a strong Brand Manager ready to step up.Comfortable working across global markets; Asia exposure is an advantage.Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions.Proven project manager with strong NPD experience.Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a lean, fast-paced environment.Nimble, proactive, and able to work with autonomy.Available for a December start, with onboarding continuing in January.Auckland-based and able to work hybrid.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and drive success within an organisation, apply now.
