With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.Your MissionsSephora Brand Media Strategy & Coordination for the UK MarketWorking with the Head of Media, you will define the upper and mid funnel media strategy for Sephora UK delivering this strategy with our media agencyYou will be responsible for defining objectives, KPIs, and measurement for all upper funnel media activity including OOH, DOOH, CTV, Paid Social, Display, Print, RadioLeverage our consumer insight data and targeting tools to ensure our approach is strategic and measuredWork in tandem with the Sephora UK marketing teams to ensure business buy-inWork closely with central media teams and local performance marketing team to ensure a full funnel approach is achievedChampion media best practiceAgency Management & Operational ExcellenceManage the agency relationship to ensure all campaigns are briefed and delivered on timeEnsure campaigns are delivered to budget, monitoring spend closelyManage creative delivery to agency, working closely with integrated marketing teams to ensure creative is relevant and representative, following Sephora best practiceResponsible for leading weekly calls with agency to keep track on campaign plansEnsure agency has what it needs to be deliver best in class media campaignsReporting & MeasurementEnsure all campaigns are fully reported, delivering campaign wrap ups and testing updatesMaintaining testing roadmap in tandem with agency to build best practice playbookLeverage business data (1PD, measurement tools) to help direct strategy and deliveryYou will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Contribute to Sephora’s expansion in the UK Market through future store openings, major campaigns and core promotional periodsStrong collaboration with all involved stakeholders across a number of teams: performance, creative, brand, finance, legalA huge growth target backed up by exciting exclusive brands, huge store openings and a passionate teamDo not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … Bachelors degree or higher with a preference for a degree in marketing or communication10 years or more experience in a Media Agency, or in a similar in a company (retailer if possible) taking care of Upper & Mid Funnel media campaigns, offline (TV, Out of Home, Print, Radio…) & digital (Paid Social, OLV/Video, Display, Influence...).Fluent in English (spoken & written).Good media expertise (data, media technologies, media tools, media insight).A good understanding of media culture (main media channels, UK media partners, media agencies).Here, You Will FindCommunity, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and leadWork that brings, fulfillment.
