The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Product Launches & Campaigns: Execute launch strategies for new products, including pre-launch hype, social media engagement, and influencer marketing.Assist in developing and refining product positioning and messaging for various target audiences and marketing channels.2. Content Creation & Management:Develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote products, including KOL/KOC management, social media content.Collaborate with designers and other creative team members to produce high-quality content materials.Manage content calendars and ensure consistent content delivery across channels.3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.Analyze customer feedback and data to identify product improvement opportunities.4. Collaboration & Communication:Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on marketing initiatives.Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONSData-driven mindset, result oriented mindset.Eager to learn, ability to adapt in the fast-moving environment.Passionate to work in the Health & Beauty industry.Good communication skill, stakeholder management & task management.
