Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging and relevant content for the organisation's social media channels, ensuring regular updates and interaction with the audience and media buying on Facebook Work with the graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts.  Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Facebook in a timely and professional manner as per the measurement identified on the B&C specific balanced scorecard.  Plan, organise, and execute events, such as health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programmes under the location-based strategy.  Coordinate logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and follow-up activities for events.

 Support Manager B&C in conceptualising and executing B&C initiatives/strategies, to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.  Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for offline marketing initiatives.  Implement B&C campaigns both online and offline, tracking their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.  Create and distribute marketing communication materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.  Oversee and coordinate photo and video shoots for promotional materials and advertisements.  Ensure high-quality visuals that align with the brand image and messaging.  Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand exposure.  Manage relationships with sponsors, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.

 Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts.  Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements as per the metrics identified on the B&C specific balanced scorecard.  Work closely with all departments including B&C team, under the guidance of Manager B&C on additional tasks which are considered appropriate.  Develop the brand project proposals.  Increase brand visibility through collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).  Support and execute effective trade marketing activities.  Enhance the hospital's presence across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Viber, Telegram).

 Develop compelling storylines and scripts for photo and video projects.  Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.  Translate and proofread necessary content for accuracy and consistency. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  Proven experience in branding, social media management, event planning, and marketing.  Proficiency in Facebook content creation and fluent in English and Burmese, both written and verbal.  Strong project management and organizational skills.  Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Familiarity with healthcare or related industries is a plus.
