Our core in-house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services, and we manage a large portfolio of high-profile clients based in Sydney and foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity.This is a rewarding and challenging role working collaboratively with the Building Management Committee and Owners Corporations to ensure their mixed-use site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to join our team in the Sydney CBD / Potts Point area. This is a long-term and stable career opportunity, supported by our Operations team and Head Office.To be successful in this role, you will bring:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management roleStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committeesEmotional maturity, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage different personalitiesExcellent organisational and administrative skillsA proactive and service-focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detailKey Responsibilities include:Managing contractors, consultants, and service providersLiaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee MembersImplementing preventative maintenance programsCoordinating and responding to reactive repairsScheduling statutory certifications and inspections of common propertyPreparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and complianceQualificationsProven experience in the strata industry is essentialStrong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word)Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence, motivate, and lead a teamProfessional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitudeAdditional InformationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work on prestigious residential sitesLoyalty Award Program and Exceptional Performance Award recognitionSupport from Operations Manager and Head OfficeFull-time role: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pmUniform, desktop, and mobile phone suppliedThis is a full-time role.
