Senior Business Analyst - 8-Month ContractUp to $830 + super day Immediate start required About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an 8-month contract, supporting a transformation initiative within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent process mapping skills, strong stakeholder management, and brings a strong track record in finance-related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end business analysis activities across the project lifecycleConduct detailed process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) to identify gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunitiesWork closely with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business goalsAssist in planning and executing UAT and change management activitiesProvide insights and recommendations to drive process improvement and project successAbout You You will bring:Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business AnalystExceptional process mapping skills using industry-standard tools and methodologiesPrior finance-related project experience (e.g., financial controls, reporting, accounting, regulatory, or transformation initiatives) would be advantageous Strong project experience across financial services environmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsAbility to work autonomously and operate effectively in fast-paced project teamsWhat's on Offer8-month contractHybrid working environment (2 days office)Opportunity to contribute to meaningful process and system improvements*Please note that we require an immediately available candidate for this role
