We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:Extensive business analysis experience (ideally in banking, payments, or similar environments) Strong analytical, research, and facilitation skills—able to lead workshops and clearly document requirements Strong relationship-building and communication skillsStakeholder Engagement & Management, with a focus on Customer ImpactHands-on experience with Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO)Track record in process improvement, quality assurance, and delivering solutions in complex, multi-disciplinary environmentsOperational Risk & Agile DeliveryProven ability in some of the following areas:Identity and Access Management (IAM)Mandate Management & Relationship MappingCRM Integration & Customer Servicing AutomationEnterprise Process Mapping & Compliance FrameworksFunctional and Non-Functional RequirementsAuditability, Access Control, Data Modelling, and handling Complex Relationship StructuresBusiness Process Analysis & delivering Business SolutionsYou don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply!
