About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We have an opportunity to join the Levy Systems and Processes team as Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a Wellington based opportunity. We are looking for an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering some important, exciting pieces of work across our Revenue Operations team. You'll work closely with the business to identify opportunities and use data analysis and insights to drive delivery. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with various teams and stakeholders across ACC, so it's important that you have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. Working in Revenue Operations you will have first-hand contact with most of the activities that bridge the gap between business customers and the ACC Levy Invoicing experience. The base salary range for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment within the range depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary. About you | Mōu We're looking for: A curious mind, problem solving skills, and a desire to learn.The ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders using your well-developed influencing skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, as you'll need to ensure our teams and stakeholders are on the journey and are kept informed on our progress.An ability to coach and develop other Business Analysts.An eagerness to achieve and deliver great results.A solution focused, confident and adaptable approach.Able to create structure in ambiguous situations, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.A solid understanding of Guidewire's functionality is essential, along with previous experience unpacking large, complex issues, followed by a recommendation paper on next steps.Experience in Mailhouse processes: Act as the first point of escalation for business units and mailhouse partners, coordinating with internal teams (including Service Delivery) and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.Manage change requests by collaborating with business stakeholders (including Communications) to gather requirements, documenting technical specifications, creating and testing sample files, and reviewing and approving final changes.Maintain strong working relationships with external mailhouse vendors to ensure high service standards and effective collaboration.Provide guidance and oversight to application administrators managing mailhouse portfolios.Prepare detailed reports and analyse trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end mailhouse process.You can look forward to getting involved in some complex projects, sometimes working with other BAs who will look to you for guidance. As a senior member of the team, you will need to champion best practise, and that will provide you with the opportunity to mentor others to achieve their full potential.
