We work collaboratively to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support our customers’ digital transformation journeys.Whether you’re leading architecture for a strategic project or driving platform-wide improvements, Copado is here to support you every step of the way.The Salesforce Business Analyst Role And ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities this role is expected to effectively demonstrate are:Understand stakeholder needs and translate into digital solutions via Salesforce features.Work with stakeholders to identify, validate, and document business objectives through workshops, interviews and company research.Align requirements to features within the Salesforce platform Conduct Discovery and Design sessions with stakeholders Breaking down features into User Stories. Story Grooming and Writing.Interpret business requirements to identify technology and operational implications.Provide best practice knowledge on business processesReview, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, increase adoption and engagement on the Salesforce platform.Create business process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases.Assist in change management activities.Required Professional And Technical ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Consulting role5+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account EngagementSalesforce Admin CertificationAt least three years focused on large technology or transformational projects involving multiple workstreams, business process re-engineering, custom development, integrations, data migrations, etc.Experience with agile development tools such as Copado, JIRA, etc.Strong consulting, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsExperience with industry-specific or business-domain requirements and solutionsExpert at facilitating discussions with large business and technical audiencesStrong analytical skills with a solid understanding of the SaaS business modelAbility to work positively with a wide range of personalities and adapt to a rapidly changing environmentExpert at facilitating discussions with large business and technical audiencesExpert at documenting business processes and requirementsExpert with waterfall, agile, or hybrid-agile development methodologies and toolsExpert written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsCollaborative and consultative work stylePreferred Professional And Technical ExpertiseHands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (e.g. Administrator, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
