1. General Information • Work location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City • Working type: Full-time, Hybrid/Remote (4-6 days/months at office) 2. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders to ensure feasibility and completeness.Work closely with Product Owner, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to communicate and validate business requirements.Create and maintain business documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Workflow, and Data Flow Diagrams.Propose effective solutions that align with business needs and project objectives.Participate in project planning, risk analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.Support UAT activities by reviewing test cases and validating that the product meets business requirements.Mentor and provide guidance for junior/mid-level Business Analysts within the team.3.
