Senior Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTIONGather, analyze, and validate business requirements from Product Owners and international clients (Hong Kong, China, US).Conduct business analysis and propose solutions across domains: Equities Order, Derivatives, Asset/Portfolio Management, Discovery, Virtual Asset & Stablecoin Integration.Ensure requirements comply with market regulations, cultural specifics, and trading practices in Hong Kong, China, and the US.Produce high-quality documentation: BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.Act as a bridge between clients, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality against business requirements.Lead and manage a small BA team (4–5 members): assign tasks, review outputs, and provide training/mentorship.Report project progress, risks, and recommend solutions to Product Owners/Project Managers.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or securities trading.Proven track record in projects across Hong Kong, China, and US markets.Deep knowledge of financial products: Order Handling, Derivatives, Asset & Portfolio Management, Discovery Process, Virtual Assets & Stablecoins.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UML, BPMN, and wireframe/prototype tools.Experienced in writing international-standard documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).Excellent communication skills in English with financial terminology; Chinese/Cantonese is a plus for client engagement.Experience in managing and mentoring small BA teams (4–5 members).Proactive in learning and leading new requirement areas.WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORK WITH USAttractive compensation & salary13th month salary bonus12 days annual leave,  sick days leave per yearSocial Insurance and health insurance according to Government regulationGreat allowances (lunch, parking, birthday, happy hours....)Salary review one time per year based on employee's performance and contributionTruly opening spirit.
