Title - Senior Business AnalystDuration of Project: 12 monthsLocation/Address: onsite in Newington, NHInterview: Video Requirements:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives across multiple departments including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and producing high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisElicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements.Process Documentation & Workflow DesignMap current ( "As-Is) and future ( "To-Be) business processes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.Business DocumentationAuthor and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.Ensure documentation aligns with compliance, accessibility, and departmental standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to understand domain-specific needs.Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.Project SupportSupport project planning, scoping, and execution by providing detailed business insights.Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met and validated.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a cross-functional environment.Proven experience with BRD and FRD creation, process mapping, and workflow design.Strong understanding of business operations, ideally in Finance, Marketing, and IT.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based platforms and data analytics tools.Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centered design.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.#TB_EN#TB_EN
