Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects within IT and business functions.Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements.Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, identifying key opportunities for optimisation and automation.Work closely with development teams, QA, and business SMEs to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories (where applicable).Support project managers in defining scope, timelines, and dependencies.Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT and digital transformation.Strong background in process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering.Demonstrable experience working on mortgage-related or financial services projects.Benefits:Competitive Daily Rate
