Senior Business Analyst Manufacturing Engineering (Teamcenter)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Manufacturing Engineering and deep experience in Teamcenter, especially in areas such as MBOM, BOP, BOE, and structure alignment. The role will focus on driving a pre-study team to develop solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure efficient manufacturing workflows in Teamcenter, all aligned with Siemens' out-of-the-box principles.As part of the Manufacturing Engineering pre-study team, the Senior BA will guide the team and collaborate with other BAs to ensure alignment with business processes, ways of working, and Teamcenter configurations. Collaborate daily with the pre-study team to secure progress and outcomes. Lead efforts to recap and modify the latest End-to-End Ideate to Retire processes and collaborate with process owners. Study and implement Siemens EasyPlan documentation to streamline Manufacturing Engineering processes in Teamcenter. Lead and build up process & solution frameworks for the pre-study team in Teamcenter, ensuring efficient alignment of structures and Change Management for EBOM, MBOM/BOP/BOE. Ensure the pre-study team incorporates Variability Management into the Manufacturing Engineering processes, with eventual Teamcenter-SAP collaboration. Guide process and solution discussions to identify business needs and secure Teamcenter configuration based on iterative demos and feedback. Lead demo sessions when appropriate to showcase progress and solutions. WymaganiaSenior-level experience utilizing Teamcenter in Manufacturing Engineering (MBOM, BOP, BOE, and structure alignment).
