Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, which develops software solutions for the banking and financial services sector. You will take part in national and international projects, contribute to banking-specific solution designs, and work in close coordination with development teams and clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct business analysis and conceptual design activities for banking processesAlign business requirements through regular communication with customers and end-usersProvide analytical support for software development requestsExecute functional testing and prepare detailed documentationActively participate in user acceptance testing and manage the processContribute to the creation of tailored solution proposals based on banks’ specific needsCollaborate with international project teams and maintain effective communication across different culturesCoordinate the professional reception and handling of international visitorsQualificationsBachelor’s degree from relevant departments (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration)Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within banking software projectsSolid experience with SQLExperience working on international projects or with multicultural teamsAbility to manage and coordinate international relations effectivelyStrong team player with a customer-oriented and positive attitudeSolution-focused, creative, and analytical thinkerProficient in using UML, BPMN, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and VisioFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plusFluent in English (written and verbal)Preferred Experience:Hands-on knowledge and experience in at least one of the following banking domains: Core Banking (Deposit, Accounting, CRM)
