MRJ is currently partnered with one of Europe's leading eCommerce marketplaces as they embark on a huge transformation programme.Role: Senior Business AnalystContract Term: 3 months initiallyLocation: CopenhagenWe’re currently looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to join the Operations Transformation Programme, a high-impact initiative focused on driving efficiency, enabling growth, and delivering lasting change across our business.This is a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation and integration programme following a recent M&A, where you’ll help shape how we operate and deliver for our customers.What you’ll do:Partner with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, data flows, and system dependencies across multiple business units.Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology, process, and organisational change.Support the design and delivery of future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of change.Bring structure, insight, and clarity to complex problems in a fast-moving, evolving environment.What we’re looking for:Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation or M&A programmes, ideally in operational or service-led environments.Strong understanding of business process design, data analysis, and change management.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence decisions at all levels.A track record of delivering measurable efficiency improvements and operational enhancements.Comfortable working in ambiguity, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.Native Danish (or fluent) essential
