As a Ness employee, you will be working on products and platforms for some of the most innovative software companies in the world.You'll gain knowledge working alongside other highly skilled professionals that will help accelerate your career progression.You'll also benefit from an array of advantages like access to trainings and certifications, bonuses, and aids, socializing activities, and attractive compensation.Requirements And ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll doConduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing applications to identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and decommissioning.Assess and review current application capabilities to determine suitability for migration and make recommendations for improvements and necessary adjustments.Analyze and review business criticality of portfolio applications and ensure compliance with organizational standards and strategic goals.Work closely with diverse and complex stakeholders, including music publishing professionals, IT teams, Portfolio owners, to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive decision-making processes.Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.Conduct interviews with stakeholders, Portfolio owners, other Business owners from the organisation to gather and collate data related to application eco-system.Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and documentation to support application rationalization and migration strategies.What You'll BringMinimum 5 years in a Business Analyst roleDemonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes/ process mapping;Demonstrable evidence of using Gartner TIME framework and other such frameworksDemonstrable experience writing requirements specificationsOutstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and document concepts, processes, and ideas to the widest possible audience;A proven track record in Software Development;End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle;Proven experience interacting directly with end users and stakeholders;Results-orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;A good understanding of Agile project methodology.
