Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The End User Services organization is accountable for the ongoing design, delivery and operations of Personal Computing, Messaging & Productivity, Mobile Technologies, Virtual, Print & Fax, Service Desk & On-site Support and Self-Serve Automation. These services are utilized by employees of RBC, globally. The EUS Business Operations Strategy and Services team is looking to fill a Senior Business Analyst role within the team. This group specifically provides the business office oversight, delivery, governance, and client engagement as it relates to End User Services transformational initiatives. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for translating EUS, Business Office, and Project needs, processes and procedures into a workable system. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement ideas along with the ability to utilize Analysis techniques and gather requirements for End User Services Intake requests.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Partner with IT peers such as PMO, Business Office, EUS Pillars, and T&OSkilled at utilizing a variety of documentation and analysis techniquesAbility to manage solution scope & requirements, requirements traceability, maintain requirements for re-use and prepare requirements packagesIdentifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement ideas related to the BA practiceRecognizes and identifies potential areas where existing processes, policies, and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developedCreates appropriate documentation for new and existing systemsWorks with support team managers to define and create dashboards and reports related to service data to identify trends,WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:Undergraduate degreeDemonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.Strong organizational, Business Analysis, and time management capabilities.A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Nice-to-have: Project Management Experience and Evolving AI awareness and capabilities to aid in process optimizationOrganizational Change Management and Jira compliance5-7 Years work experience as a Business AnalystPBA - Professional in Business Analysis - Project Management Institute (PMI)What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
