The Role:We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The role will be full-time and permanent and will follow a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of working from home & our Liverpool office. The role will include the following activities: Mentoring & coaching a team of Business AnalystsDefining and maintaining BA processesSetting and governing both requirements & ticket standardsFostering stakeholder engagement & ensuring strong communicationStrong technical knowledge to enable you to evaluate solutions & complete validationAnalysing high-level business problems, identifying opportunities & recommending data-driven improvementsContributing to business cases, ROI analysis and strategic initiativesEnabling cross-functional collaboration & leadershipWriting detailed business requirement documents (BRDs)Prioritising, organising and balancing important tasks and any additional duties as required, commensurate with the roleThe Person: You will need to have significant experience in a similar role, which would typically include at least c. 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst with considerable line management activities, ideally working alongside UX, engineering, product, and QA teams.Essential Skills: ·      Exceptional analytical skills·      Significant experience of line managing a team, including mentoring & coachingDesirable Skills: ·      Experience of working within the sports betting and/or casino industriesRewards: We take pride in ensuring that all team members receive the very best support and company benefits.
