А global digital transformation company with a team of more than 4,900 global players in 26 countries – in Europe, America and Asia, working together to put organizations at the forefront of innovation by bringing together talent, knowledge and technology.Our approach is based on conscious technology, through which we create positive environments and meaningful opportunities, always in our own way, making the complex simple.VASS BeNeLux is currently seeking a Software Testing Senior Consultant to work on an interesting new project based in Warsaw!The role:Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software developmentMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycleTransfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresAnalyses available systemsSupports identification of options for potential solutionsSupports preparation of business cases and feasibility studiesContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellenceResponsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processesResponsible for coaching client staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changesCollaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvementsIdentifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer serviceYou have:Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solutionKnowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or othersPresents excellent analytical and communication skillsHolds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectivelyPresents problem solving skillsSpecific requirements:Ability to evaluate and translate mobilie usability standardsProficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptace criteria, and backlog grooming.Understading of platform guidelines (Apple and Android), app store constraints, and push notification policies.Ability to use UX tools like FigmaCertified Business Analysis ProfessionalCertified UML Professional or equivalentIf you want to join a dynamic company where technological challenges will be found in your day to day we are waiting for you in the great VASS team.And we encourage you to be the best version of yourself: Transformative, Creative, Honest, Vibrant!At VASS we take action every day to achieve a favorable environment that facilitates and promotes equal opportunities, non-discrimination, diversity and inclusion of all people.
