Senior Business Analyst (Wealth Management) - LHH

For one of our clients in Geneva, we are recruiting, for a long term assignment, a Senior Business Analyst (Wealth Management) who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit.Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!Responsibilities:In this role you conduct analysis of client data flows and processes, you map workflows to the CDM system, you identify gaps and propose solutions. In addition, you collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Moreover, you create and maintain documentation (existing process, migration plans, new workflows). You develop user guides and you also define test plans and scenarios, you support the execution of testing activities (UAT). Besides, you ensure issues are identified and resolved. Finally, you are in charge of best pratices and standards.Profile:Bachelor in IT or equivalentExperience in conduction workshopExperience with data migration and transformation projectsExperience in test plans (UAT)Excellent knowledge in wealth management and client data managementAbility to analyse complex workflowAbility to coordinate diverses teamsGood knowledge in Visio, Jira or ConfluenceFrench and English Swiss residence or willingness to relocate mandatory
