Job DescriptionThe Housing Journeys Tribe offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality end-to-end experiences for both customers and colleagues within the mortgage finance journeys. This position is within the Modernized Housing Adviser Tool squad that is responsible for introducing a simple and modern advisory system within the housing sector in Denmark.As a Senior Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance competencies and a squad member of this motivated team, you will collaborate with experienced individuals who are focused on improving the advisory experience by minimizing the number of systems and ensuring a faster decision-making process for both our customers and advisers. We work agile with a team consisting of Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers and IT architect.In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by designing and implementing effective testing strategies. We like it that way."You will:Define test strategies and organise test setupsDevelop, document and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure software functionality and usabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable QA objectivesLead, organise and conduct functional, usability and regression testing to ensure system stabilityIdentify, log and track defects using appropriate defect management tools (e.g. Jira), working closely with the development team to resolve issuesProvide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders, highlighting test results, defects and recommended improvementsAbout you:At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent position, with solid experience in understanding business requirements and testing business applicationsProven experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processesHands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to effectively identify and resolve issues during the testing processEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and advanced English skillsAbility to operate independently with a solution-focused attitude and strong coordination skills in complex projects with many stakeholdersKnowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and participation in Agile ceremoniesDomain knowledge would be beneficialWe offer:This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania.If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).Growth opportunities: professional & supportive team, e-learnings, numerous development programs; (incl. professional certificates); 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.Health & Well-being: a diverse, inclusive, work & life balance work environment; additional health insurance; mental well-being practices; partial psychologist counselling compensation; silence and sleep zones at the office; game rooms.Hybrid working conditions: Work from home up to two days a week; home office budget (after the probation period); modern Danske Campus workplace developed with anthropologist for the best employee experience.Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams in higher education institutions, and other important activities.
