At SimCorp, we promote a work environment that encourages creativity, inclusivity, and teamwork, placing importance on a positive attitude, a mindset for learning.What you will be responsible for: Ensuring the daily production of the Asset Service Hub which bidirectionally exchanges data from third parties (e.g., custodians, brokers, asset managers, fund administrators etc.), the client and SimCorp’s Dimension platformFacilitating the root cause analysis for issues through collaboration with the internal and external teamsWorking with external partners’ helpdesks to analyze issues in the SWIFT and non-SWIFT data flowsWorking directly with several internal teams to analyze issuesWorking directly with the third parties to clarify issuesMonitoring the cases in the ticketing system (currently SalesForce)Resolving tickets, including change requestsContinuously identifying opportunities to improve the production support process and documentation of best practices, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and the overall customer experienceProviding guidance to junior team members, acting as a multiplicatorWhat we value:Good experience with post trade settlement processes of the buy sideUnderstanding what order executions, settlements and reconciliations areKnowledge what a SWIFT messages (MT and MX) are and their contentsThorough experience in general interfacing, data mapping and information flow issuesUnderstanding of general testing processes and requirements in a projectExperience in production support within asset management / asset servicing industry (SimCorp Dimension or equivalent)Experience working for either a custodian or asset servicer in a similar roleInsight into the business and the IT side of the asset processing worldAbility to work both freely and collaboratively within global teamsAbility to navigate in an environment with missing/incomplete information and manage discrepanciesCommunication skills to handle personal, specific business communicationFluent in business and technical EnglishBenefits Attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
