Senior Business Development and Programme Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Programme Manager to lead growth for our brand design consulting practice in Malaysia. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of brand programmes across industries and geographies.What You'll DoBusiness DevelopmentMarket Research & StrategyAnalyse market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes.Develop actionable business development strategies and market growth plans.Growth PlanningShape a regional market strategy that builds on Bonsey Design’s strong reputation.Work cross-functionally to ensure service alignment with local business needs.Database & CRM ManagementDevelop and maintain an up-to-date client prospect database.Recommend improvements to CRM tools and processes.Client Acquisition & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage potential clients across MNCs, SMEs, and startups.Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.Partner with creative teams to craft solutions tailored to business goals.Reporting & ForecastingProvide pipeline visibility, performance updates, and accurate sales forecasts.Leverage data insights to guide priorities and decision-making.Networking & Brand ProfileRepresent Bonsey Design at industry events and thought-leadership forums.Actively contribute to elevating the agency’s brand presence in the market.Brand Programme ManagementServe as the main liaison between clients and internal teams across strategy, design, and delivery.Manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and quality assurance.Present work-in-progress and support concept development and presentations.Track project status, financial performance, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are delivered profitably, on time, and on brief.What You BringAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong communication skills in BM and English; additional languages welcomeStrong numeracy and analytical capabilitiesProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeHighly organised, proactive, and collaborative working stylePassion for learning, improving, and innovatingWhat You Can ExpectHigh exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-makingA voice in shaping operations, culture, and capability developmentOpportunities to lead multi-market projects across industriesTailored learning and development pathwaysInterested applications, please send your CV to betheli@bonseydesign.com.
