Senior Business Development Executive (Open to negotiate)Salary Range: Up to 70M (Gross)Location: Cau Giay, Ha Noi | Hybrid | Full-timeWe are supporting a leading global fintech platform seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive its growth in Vietnam — one of Asia’s most dynamic markets for cross-border trade.With a presence in 190+ countries and a mission to simplify global commerce through technology, the company provides innovative solutions for international payments, compliance, multi-currency management, and working capital.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and exceed business targets through strategic client acquisition and pipeline management.Develop and execute Vietnam’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on key industries and customer segments.Identify and engage enterprise-level clients to build long-term partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and operational excellence.Gather market insights to support product and strategy development.Represent the organization at industry events and strengthen its market presence.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.Proven experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to manage both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.Fluency in English.Preferred BackgroundExperience in cross-border payments, banking, or enterprise client acquisition.Familiarity with international business environments and diverse teams.
