Mô tả công việcAcquire and onboard assigned new global merchants and payment service providers for Zalopay’s online payment offerings. Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams to manage due diligence, contracts, and technical integration. Ensure win-win negotiations and alignment with business goals.Identify opportunities to grow assigned existing accounts. Work with marketing and product teams to improve performance, introduce new Zalopay products, and expand offerings into partners’ new initiatives.Build strong long-term relationships with partners, understand their needs, and resolve issues timely. Maintain high partner satisfaction and engagement.Yêu cầu công việc1-3 years in business development, account management, or partner success.Experience with global merchants, PSPs, or online payments is a plus.Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning diverse stakeholders.Self-starter with a growth mindset, ownership, and proactiveness.English proficiency required; Chinese is a plus.
