Job Title: Senior Business Development ExecutiveCompany: Noor's KitchenLocation: Dhaka, BangladeshEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3–5 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeSalary: 25,000–35,000 BDTAbout the RoleNoors Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure financial growth through strategic sales and partnership initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and execution excellence to expand the company’s presence in corporate catering, hospitality, and related sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Corporate RelationsIdentify, approach, and close deals with new corporate clients (canteen management, catering, events, etc.).Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Conduct client meetings, site visits, and kitchen tours to build trust and transparency.Partnership & Market ExpansionExplore collaborations with offices, hospitals, schools, and event organizers.Build alliances with real estate, tourism, and hospitality partners.Propose and execute B2B catering and meal subscription models.Revenue Growth & Financial TargetsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plan.Track profit margins, recurring orders, and client retention metrics.Identify new income streams such as packaged meals, vending, or franchise models.Marketing & Brand PromotionSupport promotional campaigns, investor pitch activities, and social media collaborations.Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for proposals, quotations, and client decks.Represent the company in networking events, trade fairs, and investor meetings.Investor and Stakeholder CoordinationPrepare performance reports for investors and management boards.Ensure transparent documentation of deals, proposals, and agreements.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and billing.Other Facilities & OpportunitiesCompetitive salary with performance-based commission and profit-sharing opportunity.Option for future inclusion in management/investor board based on performance evaluation.Access to business development resources, branding materials, and sales support.Opportunities for growth across multiple verticals (hospitality, property, agro, tourism).Qualifications & Skill SetsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience & Skills:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, catering, or F&B sectors.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing B2B clients.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Bangla.Strong understanding of corporate catering dynamics, pricing models, and service delivery.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, growing business environment.Performance Targets (KPIs)Secure at least 3–5 new corporate clients per quarter.Maintain client retention rate of 90%+.Achieve monthly sales target as defined by management (based on service category).Contribute to 10–15% overall business growth per quarter through upselling and new partnerships.Submit weekly business development reports and monthly financial forecasts.
