Manager.Experience Required: at least 3 years in Business Development.Key Responsibilities:Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email solutions.Deliver against business and pipeline goals, achieve the business KPIs and prioritize an outstanding customer experience Generating new leads through online communication and offline activitiesUpdating lead/customer information in the database as instructed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.Familiar with CRM software like Hubspot, Asana, Odoo, and others.Requirements & Skills:BBA or MBA in Business Studies. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably focusing on Software products, B2B solutions, and SaaS/Cloud email solutions.Experience in a customer-facing environment.Have experience in both inbound and outbound sales.Experience planning, pitching, and documenting.Knowledge of communication and negotiation strategy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary & Benefits:Salary range: 30K - 50K (Monthly) based on skill and experience.Sales Incentive for achieving the target.Office time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Weekly 2 Holidays.No Question Asked Leave Policy. 2 increments in a year.2 Festival Bonus.Medical Coverage for family.Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment.Other benefits as per company policy.Job Location:Shamoly, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Employment type: Onsite
