Our Romania team is expanding to support strong market growth in alarm solutions and smart security applications.Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Dahua’s alarm product portfolio in Romania. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening channel coverage, building key customer relationships, and driving market adoption of Dahua’s alarm and intrusion solutions.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development plans to grow alarm product sales in Romania. • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners, including security installers, distributors, and solution providers. • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to increase market penetration. • Conduct regular customer visits, solution presentations, and product demonstrations. • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to support customer requirements and solution design. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide strategic insights. • Drive quarterly/annual sales targets and ensure high-quality pipeline management. • Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, and project follow-up reports.Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in alarm product sales, intrusion systems, or electronic security solutions. • Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts. • Strong understanding of security market dynamics, sales cycles, and partner ecosystems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high ownership. • Fluent in Romanian; good command of English for daily communication. • Valid driving license and willingness for regular client visits.What We Offer • Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to work with a global market leader in smart security solutions. • Clear career development path and strong support from regional and HQ teams. • Dynamic and multicultural working environment.
