Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. This role requires someone who can independently develop clients, capture and translate client needs into actionable solutions, and drive business delivery with quick turnaround. This position is ideal for mature professionals who can hit the ground running and achieve business goals autonomously.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Needs ManagementIndependently develop and follow up with clients, capture client needs, and drive business implementation with rapid delivery.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.Sales Activities & Solution PresentationConduct consultative sales activities, including solution demonstrations, product presentations, and value proposition discussions.Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.Solution Customization & Contract ManagementCollaborate with internal teams to design outsourced solutions tailored to client needs and expectations.Prepare persuasive proposals and quotations, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.Provide high-quality service and support to clients throughout the sales process.Sales Data & CRM ManagementUse CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.Industry & Market InsightsKeep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.Professional Service Knowledge & PromotionUnderstand and promote professional services including Singapore company incorporation, annual compliance, share transfer, capital increase, bank account opening, visa applications, auditing, and tax filing.Collaborate with professional intermediaries such as lawyers, bankers, and accounting firms.Regulatory Compliance & KYCEnsure compliance with company regulations and KYC requirements.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Corporate Secretariat, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, with preference for candidates who can independently handle client accountsAbility to capture client needs and deliver solutions rapidlyExcellent teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFluent in both Chinese and EnglishBenefits:The company offers a competitive salary, bonus plan, and training and development opportunities.
