We have market intelligence, owner-mentality, and the flexibility to adapt, grow and become more efficient in our client services that render tangible financial results and build trusted relationships.  Our goal is to provide genuine service, efficient operations, and an innovative approach to maximizing the performance of a hotel, thus creating value for every owner or client.Currently we are seeking to recruit for our office in Athens a Senior Business Development Manager with the following requirements:Role Purpose The Senior Business Development Manager will lead Axia Hospitality’s growth strategy, with a strong focus on developing new partnerships, evaluating investment opportunities, and designing high-level business and development plans. The role acts as a key liaison with senior executives of hotel companies and investors, contributing directly to the company’s strategic direction.Key Responsibilities • Develop business plans and development reports for existing and new clients. • Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and performance reviews of hotel properties. • Prepare professional presentations for banks, investors, hotel owners, and internal use. • Participate in client meetings, concept presentations, and development proposal discussions. • Build and manage relationships with banking executives to support investment projects and assess financing potential. • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations departments to prepare comprehensive proposals. • Monitor tourism trends and integrate insights into strategic planning. • Support the onboarding of new partnerships through opportunity analysis and development strategy design.Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Hotel Development, Consulting, or related field. • Strong understanding of hotel operations, OTAs, sales, and revenue management. • Ability to write business plans and perform basic to intermediate financial analyses. • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and high-quality presentation creation. • Strong presentation, communication, and client-relationship management skills. • Strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent command of Greek and English.What We Offer • Participation in the dynamic growth journey of Axia Hospitality. • Opportunity to work in an environment closely connected to investments and hotel development. • Continuous training and professional development. • Competitive compensation package based on experience.
