AIS takes great pride in being certified as a Great Place to Work, a reflection of our commitment to fostering a thriving and employee-driven business cultureDescriptionThe incumbent will manage the broker portfolio which includes building pipeline for sales, relationship management with brokers and internal teams to drive sales to achieve the planned KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive, execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets.Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings.Provide quotation for new business within authorized underwriting limitsDevelop and maintain strong relationship with brokers to meet business objectives and to secure a long-term partnership.Serves as a subject matter expert for brokers enquiries.Manage broker administration and file maintenanceRegular touch points with brokers to identify upsell and cross sell opportunitiesRegular business reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key broker partnersTrack and feedback overall brokers experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvementAbility to Present to external and internal stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's DegreePossess Certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HIAt least 8-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in General Insurance IndustryExperience in managing end-to-end marketing processGood communication skillsHigh energy and driven to meet sales targetStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quicklyEquip with knowledge and Experience in all GI products86955 | Sales & Distribution | Management | Non-Executive | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | PermanentAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
