The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll oversee the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to successful closure and ongoing account management.ResponsibilitiesExpand our customer base and drive revenue through new business initiativesIdentify market opportunities and introduce new products aligned with the company’s growth strategyDeliver effective product demonstrations to stakeholders in HR and Marketing across all organizational levels - from end users to senior managementCustomize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needsBuild, strengthen and maintain long-term customer relationships.Support clients throughout the entire sales and collections processWork with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality after-sales support.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or sales developmentBachelor’s degree Demonstrated ability of identifying and securing new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and sustain strong client relationships.
