We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B international sales and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of tech services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads independently. This role demands maturity, ownership, and a strategic mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and convert new B2B leads, focusing on international markets and freelance platforms.Must have experience in generating business through Freelancing Platforms or social media for Mobile app development, Web Application Development services  Collaborate with the internal sales team to drive front sales strategy and maximize client lifetime value.Understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS, CRM platforms, web & mobile design, and development services.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their go-to representative for all future needs and upselling opportunities.Collaborate closely with internal departments (Project Management) to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.Create impactful sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to drive conversions.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications3–4 years of experience in international B2B sales, particularly on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, PeoplePerHour.Strong technical knowledge of Web & Mobile Development, CRM tools, and SaaS products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Familiar with sales funnels, lead generation, and client onboarding processes.Ability to take ownership, meet goals, and manage the full sales cycle independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and explore new business opportunities.What We OfferCompetitive salary + commission/incentives.A dynamic and collaborative tech environment.Opportunity to work with international clients on diverse and high-impact projects.Career growth and leadership potential for high-performing individuals.Professional development and learning opportunities.
