The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role also includes market analysis, proposal creation, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.QualificationsProspect and acquire new clients for digital agency services (strategy, creative, technology, media).Build and maintain a structured client and prospect database (CRM, spreadsheet, or agency system).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.Develop and present proposals, pitches, and digital solutions tailored to potential clients' needs.Work closely with the Account and Strategy teams to ensure offerings align with client needs and the agency's profit potential.Strong understanding and experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive AnalysisExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills for client interactionsExperience in Project Management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsResults-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficiency in using CRM tools and other business development toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA is a plusExperience in Digital Agency 360 or technology sector preferredSent your CV: hc@mai.co.id
