You will lead strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen our impact across Westwing - with a particular focus on AI-driven implementations that empower teams to work smarter, learn faster, and make better decisions.This is a high-impact role offering a steep learning curve and responsibility from day one. You will collaborate closely with Executives, Senior Management, and a highly talented, diverse team at the intersection of Business Development People, Learning & Development, and People Analytics.
