You will lead strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen our impact across Westwing - with a particular focus on AI-driven implementations that empower teams to work smarter, learn faster, and make better decisions.This is a high-impact role offering a steep learning curve and responsibility from day one. You will collaborate closely with Executives, Senior Management, and a highly talented, diverse team at the intersection of Business Development People, Learning & Development, and People Analytics. This position is permanent and based in Munich.What You'll DoDrive strategic, cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team, with a focus on AI-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, learning, and decision-makingDesign and implement learning strategies aligned with organisational goals and future capabilitiesCreate and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagementBuild strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across departments, seniority levels, and countriesPartner closely with the (People) Leadership Team and the Chief People Officer on strategic priorities and initiativesYOU COME WITH2+ years of experience in consulting or strategy/business development, with a strong record of impactHands-on experience with AI projects or toolsProven ability to manage complex projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentPassion for People/HR, with a drive to innovate and challenge the status quoA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to make a differenceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages and build trustful relationshipsFluency in English and GermanWHY WESTWINGBenefitsAside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
