This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, forge partnerships, and shape a key area of Systematic’s future business.With reference to the Senior Business Development Director, you will take full ownership of the commercial process—from opportunity identification and lead-generation to long-term partnership development and strategic execution. Your market insight will shape how Systematic positions itself across both Danish and international markets.The main responsibilities and tasks are:Build and nurture customer relationships through proactive outreach and network engagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within servitization and digitalization of critical infrastructure.Translate customer needs into digital business cases and value propositionsWork closely with senior advisors and delivery teams to design tailored, high-value solutionsTranslate customer needs into actionable business cases and scalable service offerings. You are an experienced business developer with a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of complex, value-based sales processes. You combine strategic and abstract thinking with customer products and translate their needs into new possible digital solutions.Solid experience in complex B2B sales and commercial business developmentProven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies in new business domainsSolid understanding of digital transformation, Industry 5.0, and servitization principlesInsight into critical infrastructure or manufacturing industriesAbility to translate technical capabilities into clear business valueAcademic background (Bachelor’s or higher) within business development, engineering, or related fieldsAs a person you have a strategic and structured mindset with strong analytical skills. You are persistent and resilient in complex, long-term sales processes, and you are curious, collaborative, and customer-oriented.
