Our ultimate goal is improving people’s lives - including but not limited to health, climate change, education, women empowerment, sustainable tourism, arts & culture, etc. With two offices located in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, we engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations. We help these clients understand what their stakeholders’ social needs are and execute effective initiatives that address those.Who are we looking for?•We are seeking a Senior Business Development manager with 8-15 years of experience to drive the growth of Yomn.•You should have a strong BD/marketing background – ideally you should have experience in expanding consulting (B2B or B2G) businesses.•You should be comfortable identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing proposals/tenders, managing our online/digital channels and activities and building strong client relationships.•Your goal will be to do generate leads and ultimately generates new sales (i.e. projects) –You should love working in a startup environment where things change very fast and you have a direct impact in the success of the business.What you’ll doExplore new tender & lead channels (55%) beyond Etimad (social, industry events, digital campaigns, strategic partnerships).Identify opportunities on Etimad (15%) and qualify aligned bids.Own proposals/RFPs & improve the process (30%): build tailored, high-quality submissions; enhance tools, templates, and workflows.Must-have qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field8-15 years of work experience in business development, marketing or sales2+ years leading consulting proposals/RFPs and experience with online tendering platforms like EtimadExperience in a consultancyExperience of the Saudi Arabian market (strong plus)Startup experience (strong plus)Based in Cairo, EgyptWilling to travel to KSA when neededFluent in both English and ArabicWhat’s in it for you80.000 to 120,000 EGPYear-end bonusesBe part and set the direction of a high-growth startupOpportunity to work on projects that improve people's livesExposure to prestigious clients and projects in Saudi Arabia and GCCWork from home allowance (2-3 days per week)
