We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a (Senior) Business Expert (Maternity Cover) in our International Business Solutions team.The IBSol team supports our international locations, in order to serve customers, offer stable IT systems and processes and act as advocates for the international locations in the digital transformation.Your responsibilities would consist of:Understanding and analyzing our core banking system to define and design the appropriate functional solutions to be realized by the development team (design improvement, interface architecture);Creating technical documentation for existing and new features and analyzing the technical and functional solution design;Advising and motivating team members and consulting the business as well as IT experts on functional concepts of the application and on business process or workflow optimization; developing and communicating solutions and concepts within teams involved (located in Sofia, Prague and Frankfurt);Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures, supporting and coordinating test-activities and ensuring code/product compatibility with internal development standards;Аnalyzing and designing solutions of the problems in case of incidents or issues in close collaboration with other involved teams.The skills and experience we would like you to have:Previous experience in understanding and analyzing business requirements (actual/target).Experience in gathering and documentation of business requirements and design of functional solution;Experience with analyzing and understanding complex software architecture;Practical knowledge of design patterns, data models and best development practices;Ability to create UML diagrams (Sequence, State, Class, Use Case, Activity, etc.) from scratch to understand and write different types of technical documentation, including UML;Good knowledge and experience of at least one objective programming language (.NET, C#, Scala, VB, etc.);Understanding and ability to use AI technologies as tools to enhance business and technical outcomes;Fluency in English;University degree in IT or relevant.In return, we offer:Good work-life balance, including 25 days annual paid leave (increasing with 1 day per year up to 31 in total), flexible working hours, work-from-home and work from abroad opportunities;Luxury package of additional health and dental insurance;Food vouchers in the amount of 128 BGN monthly;6 additional annual days off for exceptional circumstances;Employee assistance program for psychological, financial and legal consultations;Multisport card;Annual contribution of 300 BGN net per child for a summer camp/school/kindergarten for children up to age of 15;Possibilities for building career-advancing skills by covering training/certification courses and conferences based on individual learning and development needs, access to an online learning platform;Opportunities for long-term professional development in a stable, 150-year-old company while contributing to the vision of a new, just starting Digital Technology Center;Friendly and supportive multicultural environment, open to new opinions and ideas.Commerzbank is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse environment.
