Senior Business Intelligence (Customer Data Platform)

About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence professional to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across Marketing, E-commerce, and Loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Design: Collaborate with CDP Ops, Data Analyst, and Business Analyst teams to define KPIs and filtering logic for campaign dashboards.Reporting: Extract data from the CDP system and build both recurring and ad-hoc reports with clear data visualization.Trend Analysis & Insights: Identify trends and anomalies across time periods, provide sharp and data-driven conclusions.Data Validation: Work closely with Data Analysts to test and verify data outputs, ensuring accuracy and system connectivity.Cross-functional Collaboration: Advise and support internal teams (Marketing, Loyalty, E-commerce) in understanding dashboards and making data-informed decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, preferably in Retail or E-commerce.Strong understanding of CDP/CRM data and customer behavior metrics.Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau).Basic knowledge of AI applications in analytics.Basic English communication skills.Logical, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.Benefits & Compensation:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.13th-month salary and annual KPI bonus.Training and career development programs.Full social, health, and unemployment insurance coverage.Annual salary review based on performance.Clear career growth path in a data-driven environment.
