Our mission is to enhance our clients’ success with excellence, agility, and a truly global mindset.About the RoleAs a Senior Business Manager, you are a key growth driver for our Warsaw operations. This is a highly entrepreneurial role designed for a natural hunter—someone who thrives on building new business, developing accounts from the ground up, and creating impact with autonomy and ownership. You’ll play a strategic role in expanding our client base across IT and engineering services while mentoring and guiding less experienced Business Managers. Your leadership will help shape our growth in Poland, supported by a Country Manager and an established European network.Your Main ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Business DevelopmentDrive new business generation by identifying, approaching, and developing new client partnerships.Use your industry insight to create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Build and maintain a high-quality portfolio of key clients within IT, engineering, and industrial sectors.Account & Relationship ManagementDevelop strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic solutions.Ensure consistent service excellence and client satisfaction in collaboration with our delivery teams.Team & Talent ManagementRecruit, coach, and oversee a team of consultants to ensure successful project delivery.Contribute to the professional development of Junior or General Business Managers by sharing expertise and supporting their commercial growth.Operational & Strategic LeadershipTake ownership of your business unit’s performance — from revenue targets to project outcomes.Work closely with your Country Manager to identify growth opportunities, influence strategy, and enhance our market presence in Poland.What We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in business development or account management within IT, engineering, or outsourcing services.Proven success in prospecting and closing new business deals.Experience leading or mentoring a small team of business or sales professionals is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish (English proficiency is a plus).University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.A proactive mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for creating growth from the ground up.Availability for a hybrid model (3–4 days/week in our Warsaw office).What We OfferFull-time employment or B2B contract options.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package: life and medical insurance, plus a flexible benefits allowance (usable for shopping, accommodation, or gym membership).A culture of autonomy, trust, and recognition — your success is directly visible and rewarded.A clear career path with opportunities to evolve into strategic leadership roles within the IT & Engineering division.
