Understand the business goals fully and evaluate the impacts on the operating model and processesProcess Design and Modelling: Design processes to ensure they align with business goals, and document them according to the internal process framework. Keep the documentation up to dateProcess Execution: Manage or support the implementation of designed processes for the corresponding business functions, including automationProcess Performance Monitoring: Manage or support the implementation and execution of process performance monitoring and reporting for the corresponding business functionsProcess Optimization: Analyse process performance to identify bottlenecks or potential areas for improvement and take initiatives for continuous improvementsProcess Management Guidance and Training: Provide process management guidance, expertise, and training to other analysts and SMEs ProfilEducated to Bachelor's degree or equivalentSeveral years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or in a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in process management with good knowledge of BPM industry standards, methodologies and toolsUnderstanding of system architecture, data modelling, and digital transformationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
