They’re building out their Business Process capability and looking for experienced professionals to help design, govern, and optimise processes across multiple divisions.Three senior roles are available - each driving consistency, assurance, and measurable improvement across the business.Opportunities1. Lead Business Process Analyst - EnterpriseOwn and mature all business processes, team, frameworks, and guidelines across the organisation. Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and governance, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams.Focus:Establish and maintain enterprise process frameworksDrive process efficiency and standardisationEngage senior stakeholders to embed process excellence2. Process Analyst – Governance & Assurance12-month FTC (potential to go perm) | Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt requiredOversee governance and assurance of enterprise processes. Support the rollout of a new enterprise process mapping tool and embed best-practice process controls.Focus:Manage process governance frameworksDrive assurance and compliance activitiesSupport enterprise tool implementation3. Process Analyst – Standards & Procedures12-month FTC (potential to go perm) | Management consulting background ideal (e.g. big 4, BCG, ex-McKinsey)Lead initiatives to identify process improvement opportunities and define the scope of work across business units.
